Digital marketing Executive 数字营销主管

Smmergate is seeking a highly motivated and passionate digital marketing leader to build and oversee the digital strategy, analysis marketing data and focus on new media execution. Additionally, the candidate must become “The Expert” on positioning brand spreading image regarding target product.

in alignment with the all digital products proposition and wider Group strategy.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online and social media channels with the aim of raising brand awareness.

2. To manage, execute and monitor all digital campaigns: campaign and events, traffic plan, content, conversion, search etc.

3. Measure, track and report performance metrics of all digital campaigns and channels against ROI and KPI goals.

4. Explore new digital channels/platforms to maximize marketing impact;

5. Oversee all digital channels & content to make sure we deliver compelling customer experience to target audience;

6. Managing the content, and live stream of eCommerce platform

7. Experience or strong desire to drive user and eCommerce growth in a consumer startup environment. Demonstrable success in previous projects a plus；

8. Closely tracking key competitors online activities and promotions, share learning and apply to products brands where relevant

Required Qualifications

1. 5 + years marketing in digital marketing and advertising;

2. Project management experience (preferably brand social account, activation). Strong background in data analysis and tools;

3. Sound or video copy writing and skills and strong analytical skills;

4. Experience with social media channels, including Facebook, twitter and Instagram . Ability to work independently and flexibly with strong project management skills;

5. E-commerce knowledge and keen business sense;

6. Entrepreneurship: Strong desire to create opportunity to drive business growth.

7. SEO experience are prioritized

8. Good team working and communication skills. Willingness to engage and energize others. Can work well with multi-functional partners;

9. Bilingual English / Mandarin communication and writing skills;
