YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital Strategy MBA Summer Associate , are to: 

• Review  in-depth study of digital transformation by others, apply the learnings, and redefine business processes and capabilities as a digital agriculture company;
• Build financial models, analyze financial returns, resources, risks and operational implications for agriculture business and enable comparisons to current and future competitors;

Required Qualifications:

• Be currently enrolled in an M.B.A. or a graduate degree with emphasis in strategy, finance or marketing;
• Have at least two years of experience with strategic planning, market research, financial modeling or portfolio management; 
• Have strong quantitative analytical skills and training;
• Be able to reduce complex concepts and put innovation ideas to practice;
• Be results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency;
• Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Strong ability to influence and motivate people through formal and informal channels;
• At least two years with a top-tier management consulting or financial services firm;
• Knowledge and experience of intellectual property.
