Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing – Website and TMALL
- Lead the execution for all digital channels through the management of PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, display, retargeting and mobile marketing.
- Execute and implement changes to all channels.
- Maintaining brand story and product updates to keep digital platforms up to date.
- Work with various functions to ensure that the latest products and prices are reflected.
- Leverage online analytics, i.e. Baidu and customer feedback to maximize conversion and engagement.
- Utilize our relationship with BikeTo and Cycling China to further promote the brand and the official website.
- Monitor operational statistics, report trends, variances and issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting.
- Develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities throughout the shopping experience.
2. Platform Operation – Website and TMALL
- Manage 3rd party operations team for TMALL flagship store.
- Assist to manage a newly opened store on TMALL directly, including product pages, inventory plan and replenishment, analytical data tracking and product launch.
- Test and check for errors and bugs on various platform and report to global I.T.
- Work with external vendors when necessary.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the online direct-to-rider relationships in collaboration with relevant team members.
- Manage the current WeChat membership via Specialized official WeChat account. This includes maintenance, update and redemption of the points system.
- Help manage TMALL membership system. Explore and develop more ways of building close and intimate connections with Riders online and offline.
- Execute new product launches as per Global/China's marketing calendar. Filter and target consumers to market to more relevant groups by drilling down brand's current database and with the use of data analytic tools provide by online platforms.
- Follow up with enquiries to the Specialized channels and check in with the relevant people to get the right answers to the consumer.
Requirements:
1. Experience
- 3+ years of experience with an established online retailer/brand, preferably from the sports or consumer products sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital performance marketing campaigns with accelerated growth and conversion with deep understanding and hands-on experience with SEO, paid search and social channels.
- Strong analytical experience and understanding of Baidu Analytics is required.
- Experience with multiple platforms, Shopify and Oracle ERP preferred but also comfortable with learning new processes and new platforms and technically challenging work.
- Keep abreast of new innovations and technology within the ecommerce space.
2. Skills and Knowledge
- Good knowledge of China eCommerce environment and trends Good understanding of TAOBAO eco system is a plus.
- Passion for Riding/Sports.
- Self-motivated problem solver with the proven ability to collaborate with international and cross-functional teams (IT, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and Finance).
- Excellent interpersonal skill, great attitude and willing to learn.
- Fluent in spoken English and advanced in English reading and writing skills.
