Digital learning

To succeed its digital development, ACDL is looking for someone who will be in charge of developing the digital learning projects for our clients. The position is based in Shanghai or Hong-Kong.

Within this role the Digital learning assistant will help the Digital learning consultant to promote and design engaging and effective digital learning content whilst also developing the ongoing learning technology systems:

• Creating, uploading and animating new digital trainings on our online platform, working closely with the Digital manager and Digital learning consultant.

• Managing the digital learning platforms for our clients: learners, customization and online community

• Monitoring client ‘statistics and KPI

• Creation of project documents for ACDL and its clients

• Helping the Digital manager with other digital projects

• Doing strategic watch on digital innovations

Admin tasks

• Receive visitors and notify related people & supervise visitors when enter working area.

• Update ACDL CN contact list

• Purchase office supplies and order drink

• Prepare petty cash record with the invoice copies

• Deliver couriers and letters

• Help to coordinate staff work visa when necessary

• Help to coordinate LO’s bank account issue when necessary

• Help Mimi to arrange SKII products when necessary

• Coordination with the property management and phone company

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), French is a plus.

• Experience in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility.

• Great communication and organizational skills, able to work in autonomy and being proactive

• Interest in professional learning and digital field
