The Data Product team is responsible for building and enhancing the next generation consumer data science capabilities for our rapidly expanding customer base across Kerry Properties’ mixed-use developments. Projects will span many markets, locations, business models and form factors; therefore, we are looking for a Digital Product & Project Manager who will bring not only an abundance of experiences in technology product management, but also an abundant curiosity to innovate in digital/CRM area.
What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Drive product management for an assigned area in the broad growth and marketing technology area
? Drive and own the strategic road-map for the assigned vehicle products. Based on your experience this could be one of CRM, Campaign, Promotion, Events and Digital channels, etc.
? Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues
? Work with vendor or engineering teams in a fast paced, agile development process
? Analyze data to provide actionable insights
? Communicate the benefits and champion the system throughout the organization
? Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
? Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
? Strong experience in designing user experience for customer facing products and building prototypes for product ideas
? Experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
? Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Who You’ll Work With
You will work closely with Office Leasing, tenant relationship team, CRM operation team, retail management team, event & campaign team across different location of MUDs.
Who You Are
The Product Manager must be passionate about digital trends, marketing, and solutions in China as well as global. She/he must have existing track record of building and delivering solutions in a complex environment, ideally within a large Multinational Company, a leading Technology Company, or in a Start-up environment. The candidate is curious and good at communicating & coordinating with senior management, across x-functional teams, across internal & external, local & remote key stakeholders.
Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:
? You are supposed to seek for opportunities proactively by gathering relevant information before making decisions, understand complex information and quickly identify key issues
? You will value, support, and inspire the highest quality of customer service, highly proficient in terms of adjusting and adapting service delivery to diverse customer needs and sensitivities and always be looking for ways to improve service; inventive in terms of ‘quick wins’ to improve service delivery
? You should analyses and prioritize critical problems accurately and quickly; maintain a sense of urgency in solving even complex problems
? You should consistently align decisions and actions with organizational and department goals and initiatives, solution transform workplace; processes are more efficient; the quality of products and services improve significantly
? You will exchange knowledge and experience while working with other colleagues, value the perspectives and contributions of all people
? Advanced technical degree
? 7+ years product management experience
? 3+ years’ experience in the broad marketing-tech or sales-tech space
? Experience in CRM technology and/or DMP/DSP technologies
? Experience in digital or retail technology
? Good communication and team work
