About Human Pharmaceutical Business

Job Responsibilities

  • Participates in annual brand strategy planning, be responsible for digital strategy development and lead for ICP (Integrated Customer Planning, online & offline customer journey design)
  • Designs and develops digital platforms, and make continuous improvements:
  • Drive Platform overall vision and strategy with alignment to global strategy.
  • Responsible for designing and developing new technology platforms, and executing programs on the technology platforms (Adobe, Customer Hub, Veeva, Vault, Approved Email) including ensuring that operational and data elements are in place to support identified programs.
  • Responsible for governance and management of all of China current and future Platforms including planning, implementation, testing, launch, maintenance, reporting and optimization.
  • Defines online-offline user journey, campaign flows and business rules in partnership with GTM (Go to Market) team;Develops new campaign requirements, AB tests, production execution and quality control
  • Adhere to compliance and regulations at all times
  • Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and follow BI's Code of Conduct.
  • Take necessary action on issues of compliance.
  • Be a role model in compliance with local regulations, industry and company code of conduct and maintain integrity.
  • Change management and knowledge sharing
  • Supports cross functionally to gain commitment to adopting Platform principles in all parts of the organization; in particular, the development and implementation of innovative Platforms and related frameworks.
  • Contributes to Platform training and related change management across China HQ and Regions.

Qualifications

  • 8~10 years FMCG or Pharma digital experience strongly preferred – experience in digital marketing department; preferably for a pharmaceutical company, but deep digital functional experience may override a lack of pharma experience
  • Understands IT technology for platform development,for example some understanding of web coding, scripting and design
  • Multi-channel marketing experience especially for website creation/built-up and using campaign management tools (ideally Adobe digital marketing suite) as well as digital web platforms, Veeva iRep & Veeva Vault, Wechat, Mass Email, and SMS etc.
  • Campaign management and digital marketing expertise; familiarity with content management, tagging and media coding
  • Understands campaign data management models and processes (e.g., set up of 3rd party partners),
  • Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, strong communication and relationship building skills, proven experience working with digital agencies
  • Passionate about technology and obvious interest in digital
  • Assists in determination of measures and metrics planning
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Chinese and English launguages skills
  • Above bachelor degree (Medical, MBA and IT educational background is prefered)
