Responsibilities：

• Understand clients’ needs on business development, communication with target audience and digital media execution.
• 了解客户对雨雾发展的需求，与目标受众的沟通及数字媒体的执行。
• Work with Business Development Team and Media Plan & Buy Team to formulate business proposals, quotation and contract.
• 与业务发展团队和媒体计划和采购团队合作制定业务建议、报价和合同。
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• 建立和维护与供应商的关系
• Positively coordinate with digital creative team to develop new opportunities in existing clients, and be responsible for campaign reports.
• 积极配合数字创意团队，为现有客户提供新的机会，并负责活动报告。
• Provide digital creative team with competitor activities, industry updates, creative analysis and recommendations on digital performance.
• 为数字创意团队提供竞争对手的活动，行业更新，创造性的分析和数字性能的建议。
• Participate ideation by initiating brainstorms / workshops, and bring fresh thinking the to planning process.
• 通过启动头脑风暴/研讨会来参与构思，并为规划过程带来新的思维。

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in marketing/planning at agency side or in client service.
• 三年以上甲方或乙方营销和策划经验。
• Proven experience working with clients to fully understand their business and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals.
• 充分理解客户和项目目标，并有能力制定战略，以满足他们的目标的经验。
• Familiar with the digital marketplace and all associated metrics.
• 数字数字市场和所有相关指标。
• Ability to prioritize and focus, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Agile with an insatiable curiosity to work under uncertainty.

• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
