岗位职责:
1. To develop and implement strategic Digital & PR programs to achieve significant increases in brand awareness.
2. Ensure all Digital & PR programs on a local and regional level is in line with global strategy.
3. Manage and handle media and public relations like press release, press interviews, partner story, case study and internal stories.
4. Cultivate relationships with key business journalists in national and trade publications on/offline
5. To plan and consider the effective use of digital media platform (including pay and own) to in-crease awareness and brand favorability of each target segment.
6. Perform content creation and management on all appropriate digital mediums accordingly to the nature of target audience.
7. Maintain and manage company digital media incl. website, social media and intranet.
8. Monitor, analyze and measure results of Digital & PR program on a monthly basis.
9. Manage and supervise the digital & PR agencies for quality of delivery.
10. Monitoring and control the budget of Digital & PR.任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Journalism, PR, Communications, Marketing, Literature is a must.
2. Over 3 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing or Public Relations and Media in an industrial manufacturing enviroment is required.
3. Strategic thinking with strong skills in problem identification, analysis and sloving. Good communication and negotiation skills both internally and externally.
4. With excellent writing and editing skills (writing samples required upon receipt of resume).
5. Strong network and established relationships with government, industry associations, B2B national business and trade media contacts
6. A strong-sense of teamwork and outgoing personality
7. Mature, smart, detailed thinking, down-to-earth, capable to work under pressure.
8. Work experience in 4As advertising or PR agency is preferential.
