The Digital Media Planner is part of the Global Marketing Team located at Acer HQ in Xizhi. In this role, you’ll create innovative digital media strategies spanning from programmatic to social for Acer’s global campaigns, key activations and “always-on” digital buys.
You’ll take briefings from internal stakeholders to create comprehensive media plans, execute the buy directly or through media agencies, oversee the optimization, results and reporting. As the subject matter expert, you stay on top of emerging trends, prepare internal trainings and expand the relationships with digital media partners such as Google, Facebook, Twitter etc.
The Digital Media Planner partners closely with the creative teams for asset creation and optimization, the data insights team for reporting, as well as with regional and local marketing teams as consultant.

Key tasks
  • Plan, oversee, execute, and optimize paid social and programmatic digital buys on behalf of Acer’s HQ and regional marketing teams for both Acer and Predator Gaming brands.

  • Optimize creative, translations, budgets, and bids across multiple media channels (including display, social, video, and search) and markets.

  • Establish plan for measuring media impact on sales and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Implement tech stack and ensure proper implementation of tracking and events.

  • Manage media spend forecast, budgets, and billing.

  • Own, improve and present reporting for all campaigns.
  • Expand existing relationships with digital media partners and help strategize and identify new channels and opportunities.

  • Create training decks and guidelines to elevate digital media practice within the organization.
  • Work closely with Integrated Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Web Ops and Analytics teams.

資格
Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital media related role. Agency background and interest in consumer electronics preferred.

  • Proven track record of planning, executing and optimizing multi-platform campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge and ideally recent certifications in common DSPs, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Marketing Platform.

  • Experience in managing digital media for the China market is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English language.
