Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling the development and execution of numerous digital projects that advance the marketing and sales strategy of the company. The professional in this role will also be directly involved in processes from conceptualization to day-to-day handling of marketing projects in areas including, but not limited to: 3rd party B2B platform, social media, event management, content marketing and marketing automation platforms. We are seeking a professional, positive and driven self-starter who can collaborate effectively with other marketing team members and capably execute digital marketing projects from start to completion.

The position is based in Wuxi.

Key performance areas:

1、Plan, support and steer business development on 3rd party B2B platforms by coordinating key stakeholders for content, features, design and backend technology needs.

2、Structure and build online, digital interaction (i.e. SEO/social media/video-/chatbot services) to generate personalized experiences by using latest technologies and delivering unique experiences.

3、Development of product data structure and analytics to improve the efficiency of marketing mix.

4、Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end, unique customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points from a customer perspective.

5、Support and contribute insights on various marketing projects from ideation to implementation.

6、Other tasks

Your profile:

1、Marketing Degree and/or equivalent education and experience.

2、Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working on digital marketing projects in a corporate, 3rd party B2B platform or agency.

3、Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.

4、Demonstrated experience and success completing projects in the areas of: 3rd party B2B platform, event management, digital advertising, content marketing, social media and related fields.

5、High proficiency with data analysis, SEO, multi-channel lead nurturing, familiar with the operation rules and playing methods of various 3rd party B2B e-commerce platforms, especially Alibaba and top MRO platforms.

6、Experience and ability in graphic design and programming of digital media in B2B contexts are preferred.

7、Experience and success in working for clients/companies in the manufacturing, machine building or other high tech industries are preferred.

8、Willingness to travel on occasion for work purposes, nationally and internationally, if required.

9、In infrequent instances, possible business travel and work over weekends for business meetings and other events when necessary.
