Job Description
Our client is an US well known beauty brand. They're now looking for a young & entrepreneurial digital marketing manager to join the team.
Objective of this manager os to develop digital and creative campaigns and to build a strong brand presence in Asia & Europe. You will be an integral part of a small. high performing marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Raise brand awareness, create buzz and generate desirability of the brand in Asia and Europe
- Develop a product seeding and social media strategy in order to reach out to the relevant KOLs, editors, influencers, MUA and maximize exposure and visibility across Asia (China/HK mainly) and Europe
- Execute the product seeding (with 10 best sellers) and social media plan (FB, IG, WeChat, Weibo) with the support of PR agency
- Create buzz with digital campaign and e-sampling program
- Build a pool of influencers and build relationship with them to create regular content on brand
- Define SEO/SEM strategy and implement at reasonable price
Drive traffic to major channels - Plan and execute ad banner media buy for e-commerce platform (Douglas.de, retailer.com)
- Plan and execute media buy for FB/IG to build fan base and drive traffic to retailer.com
- Identify required assets in collaboration with retailers by market and brief the international designer to create the design and artworks
- Consolidate the assets and create guidelines to share with the Distributors and International markets
Marketing Calendar
- In collaboration with the VP Marketing and Sales, define the Marketing Calendar incl NP Launch and repromotions for each region (Asia, Europe, International)
- Identify the promotion needs for each market/retailer and prepare forecasts
- For new launch, analyze competition sell through and consolidate all markets forecasts
- Based on Calendar, create in collaboration with PR agency, MUA/trainer and HQ visual and written content for everyday posting
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, previous experience in beauty industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and project management skills
- Creative, result-oriented, start-up mentality and able to work independently
- Fluent in English and Chinese
