Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal parties to create engaging social media contents, and digital and executions
- Search engine marketing strategies and execution
- Responsible for build 360 marketing plan and implement instore, on web and social media  platforms to enhance brand awareness and sales
- Liaise with the end to end user to optimise marketing strategy profile
- Gatekeep regular planning, review, and actualization of the marketing budget as well as oversee forecasting of future marketing activities and ROI in line with the sales target
- Track and measure metrics on Facebook ad manager & google analytics
- Maintenance of company Website and Social Media Platforms update
- Responsible for taking the lead on ad hoc tasks as assigned, collaboration with other parties and events
- Stay up-to-date to beauty & e-commerce trends and marketing campaigns on social media
- Produce weekly/monthly performance report
- Work out normal & benchmarks of various digital channels for strategic planning

 Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Strong track record of SEO / SEM / Google Analytics
- 4-5 years of digital marketing experience gained within beauty, FMCG or retail industry
- Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices such as Facebook ad manager, Google keywords planner, Google analytics, WordPress (or similar CMS), and CRM
- Experience with using Facebook Pixel and building up conversion metrics
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Result-driven, highly flexible, positive attitude towards new challenges in a fast-growing business, strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passionate team player, open-minded, self-sufficient learner and critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
