Job Description

The Tianjin Juilliard School is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help the school increase its brand visibility through expanding its digital presence and the outreach of its digital contents through various forms of communications in the markets of China and geographies beyond. The candidate should have solid experiences in digital marketing with a content marketing focus, ideally years of experiences in leading content creation, and website or social media operations for an education institution or music publication in a managing role. The ideal candidate is expected to have a genuine interest in classical music and very good copywriting skills in Chinese and English. Knowledge and hands-on experiences in video editing can be a plus but not a requirement. The candidate should have fundamental knowledge about mainstream digital marketing approaches, including SEO, SEM, feeds, ppc/dsp/dmp, affiliate programs, social media marketing with Weibo, WeChat, Toutiao, & Zhihu etc. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications of the Tianjin Juilliard School, & Public Affairs teams in Tianjin and New York, the candidate will have the opportunity to participate into the various projects at both strategizing and execution levels and be a part of the imitative to reinvent Juilliard School’s brand success in Tianjin as an brand new and emerging market.

Marketing Operations and Management
1. Proactively assist with and contribute to the development of Tianjin Juilliard School (TJS)’s Standard Marketing Operational Procedures (SOPs) for online communication & content generations
2. Assist with annual integrated MKT work planning & campaign planning, with work planning & budget management responsibilities for online communications & content generations
3. Assist with the building up of the online marketing & content operations Infrastructure under a data-driven approach; assist with the online marketing funnel management, and lead the optimization of the marketing & content operational effectiveness and efficiency based on data analysis and reports
4. Own and be responsible for the development of TJS Marketing Calendar; proactively identify and report opportunities for timely and effective marketing communications
5. Be responsible for digital & Content team talent development, task delegation & performance management
Online Communications
1. Lead TJS online presence building, development & operations, including TJS website portfolio development, TJS promotion webpage page portfolio development, TJS online presence building on mainstream Chinese online portals and social media
2. Lead the exploration of TJS organic & paid online advertisement placement opportunities, including direct placement, SEO/SEM, feeds, DSP, affiliate sites & social etc
3. Lead TJS’s annual online database/EDM marketing campaigns to provide support for branding and student recruitment activities
4. Provide online marketing support for integrated marketing campaign planning and execution
Content Marketing
1. Assist with the development of TJS’s content marketing strategy
2. Own, lead and coordinate the development of TJS PA/Marketing content planning & development system, content creation & generation work plans and implementation
3. Own, lead and coordinate the development & management of TJS MKT Content Database
4. Copywriting, editorial & project management responsibilities for the creation of key marketing content pieces; management and coordination of internal and external copywriters and content contributors
Marketing Research & Management Support
1. Assist with the development of marketing research strategy and the formulation of research report templates; lead the data collection, data analysis and research report drafting
2. Duly attend team and management meetings, provide constructive responses and meeting minutes from digital operational perspectives
3. Provide ad hoc and management support to the PA team, other senior staff and NY colleagues per reasonable requests

任职要求:
1. A graduate from a top Chinese or overseas university with a bachelor or master’s degree
2. Major in English, Digital Media, Marketing Studies, Music Studies, Management Studies, Communications Studies, PR/Journalism, Information Management System, Public Administration or other related majors
3. website/social media/app operations; marketing event planning/management; strong writing skills; knowledge about print/digital design, video editing, classical music a plus
4. Over 6 years working experiences in marketing, online marketing, website/app/social media operations or similar roles
5. Excellent English and Chinese writing and editorial skills; work planning & project management skills; Fluency in English & Chinese; fast and avid learner
6. Strong interest in classical music / Education sectors
7. Ability to communicate, to connect and to win trust
