Purpose of the position

This role encompasses a variety of duties focused on supporting the integrity of the digital marketing infrastructure, marketing systems and tools, content in particular to the BSI websites. 

This individual will work closely with the Digital Marketing Infrastructure and Support Manager and the Digital Marketing team to help with dealing with requests that come (as determined by the team leader).   

This role also requires leading digital marketing projects end-to-end – with their role in the project clearly identified.  Also, will provide on-going support and training to stakeholders, if required, to ensure that they get the most out of our Digital Marketing Infrastructure.

The individual will be key to ensure that the digital marketing process is followed and is transparent between the digital marketing team, stakeholders (global marketing teams) and IT teams by using the appropriate communication channels. 

This role will be paying Up to £27,000 (Depending on Experience).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Support the digital marketing team with content, template and technical requests accordingly and communicate plans of action with the stakeholders. Also, will provide on-going support and training to stakeholders, when required.
• Deal with digital marketing requests. Investigate and escalate where appropriate and close the request satisfactorily and within the SLA.
• Use governance tools to maintain the integrity of the website by fixing links, content and other errors.
• Where necessary support other members of the Group Digital Marketing team and other members in the Group Marketing in areas of digital marketing eg: Group newsletters, Search engine optimization, paid search, marketing automation, social marketing and analytics etc.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in web technologies, design, standards, and best practice.
