Job Description
Owned on-line media operation
Cooperate with agency to post yokocho restaurant promotional news through WeChat, Weibo (if appropriate)
With the assistance of agency, develop and execute on-line activities to increasing WeChat fans and generate revenue
E-commerce platforms operation
Update dishes and promotional information on Metuan, Dianping, Muomi and other cooperating platforms
E-commerce performance analyses and guidance for products optimization
On-line promotional channels development and communications
Monitor on-line reputation, reply customer comments and report to the management team in a timely manner
Loyalty program management
Membership management through WeChat loyalty system
With the assistance of agency, plan and execute on-line membership activities
Membership data management and analyzing
Partnership
Follow up all on-line activities with signed partners
All other assignments as required by director of marketing
