Overview
概况
This role is responsible for driving the digital market strategy for both the acquisition of members and also the generation of leads for use through all sales channels. She/he will develop, implement, track and optimize Accor Plus member benefits through various digital and online marketing campaigns. She/he will execute digital marketing communication in developing and activating a segmented communication infrastructure. She/he will be developing the strategy to increase WeChat followers, work with vendors/Accor Hotels team to produce a digital platform for the Accor Plus membership. He/she will support relationship marketing to explore corporate and partnership sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
职责
- Manage a master communication strategy framework that leverages all digital channels including but not limited to WeChat, EDM, Online, website, Tmall, Weibo etc.
管理针对所有数字渠道的主要沟通策略框架,包括但不仅限于微信、EDM、线上、网站、天猫、微博等。
- Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of the loyalty program-development and monitor success at the program, customer segment and campaign level to identify sales opportunity
监督日常执行,分析忠诚项目的开展,监管在项目、客户群方面的成功率,确定活动级别从而挖掘销售机会。
- Contribute to membership retention and acquisition through a segmented channel communications strategy that attracts, informs and helps converts consumers into members.
运用分段渠道沟通的策略,以吸引、通知和帮助的方式将消费者转化为会员,从而进一步稳定和获得会员。
- Execute projects for all digital channels through the management of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pick Promote Ctr), affiliate marketing, retargeting and mobile marketing
为所有数字渠道SEO(搜索引擎优化)、PPC(选择促销中心)、联合营销、重新定位和移动营销市场而开展项目。
- Execute and implement changes to all channels to maintain the information is updated including but not limited to products, price, promotions, etc. To keep all platforms up to date

- Monitor operational statistics, report trends, variances and issues and prepare regular report
监督操作统计、报告趋势、差异和问题,准备常规报告。
- Follow up with enquiries to the Specialized channels and check in with the relevant people to get the right answers to the consumer

- Liaise with and manage vendors providing digital marketing services to Accor Plus when necessary

- Manage lead generation campaigns for operations team

- Support the research, development and execution of the corporate/partnerships sales business unit’s strategy, structure and operations.

Requirements
要求
- 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce/online sales or digital marketing role
3年以上电子商务/线上销售或营销方面的相关经验
- Bachelor degree /qualification in Marketing preferred
本科学历/ 有市场方向资质者优先
- Good knowledge of China eCommerce environment & trends. Good understanding of Taobao eco system is a plus
熟悉中国电子商务环境和趋势,了解淘宝等系统是一个加分项。
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and campaign results into meaningful and actionable insights for campaign optimization.

- Ability to effectively manage & work with multiple external agency partners to deliver agreed outcomes

- Travel / tourism industry experience an advantage
