? Set value proposition of Climate China eCommerce strategy
? Verify feasible eCommerce platforms to dive in and establish action plan
? Collaborate with all internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, finance, business partners to implement eCommerce strategy
? eCommerce daily operation consultancy and promotion plan deployment utilizing all marketing tools
WeChat social media management
? WeChat platform overall management and goal-setting
? Manage the ComRes WeChat monthly calendar
? Develop techniques to increase user engagements and create positive user experiences
? Promote WeChat in relevant online and offline channels to maximize exposure with the target audiences
Digital Dashboard Report and Analytics
? Create, analyze and publish monthly KPI dashboard report of digital platforms.
? Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in user experience
? Perform analyses and provide interpretation, to identify trends in user behaviors and improve business opportunities.
? Support and deliver insights, analysis, data and measurement that positively impact content strategies and SEO development
? Manage multiple on-going and ad-hoc analyses or data requests from key business stakeholders
? Use qualitative and quantitative tools to become an expert in the business of how our digital customer base in China is interacting and evolving over time
? Act as an analytics expert across the business, helping to encourage a culture of data-driven decision making
Requirement
? Bachelor degree in Marketing, eCommerce, IT, Mathematics, Statistics
? At least 5 years in digital marketing, eCommerce field, B2B inhouse or agency experience preferred
? Experience with eCommerce and SEO/SEM is a must
? Strong Excel and analytical capability, data-driven mindset
? Leadership competency while a good team player
? Self-motivated and result-oriented
