Job Description
  • Collaborate with the Head of IT and Brand Managers to build the brand digital strategies and support their execution.
  • Industrialize the generation of content and the development of digital assets according to best practices, internally or in collaboration with vendors
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers and approved vendors for creation and promotion of webcast / webinars, and ensure the distribution of its recording
  • Contribute to the proactive identification of opportunities/partnerships for innovative solutions to Patient, HCP and internal customer issues/challenges, support their deployment and adoption
  • Deliver and communicate Digital analytics and insights to brand teams
  • Investigate the digital behavior of HCPs and patients, study internal Marketing and Medical materials to develop a deep understanding of our customers unmet needs, our treatments and business objectives
  • Establish efficient processes and educational resources to empower Brand Teams to adopt Digital as a second nature, focusing on customer experience, channel-mix, digital technologies and analytics
