Job Summary:

Driving, coordinating and implementing Digital Learning Projects and Initiatives in the distribution channels of Veolia Learning Team.

Main Duties:

• Coordinate engaging and innovative digital learning content that meets learning objectives;
• Support the creation and editing of digital learning modules, video and audio sources;
• Help to convert classroom an in-store learning experiences to digital learning modules;
• Identify digital learning tools and multi-media platform, recommend and implement appropriate solutions;
• Source, evaluate, recommend and implement new digital solutions to build capabilities for the future;
• Cooperate and administer the Learning Management System(LMS);

. Organize, coordinate and support of training organization in-class training in training venue; Contribute to training

needs analysis and training plan.

• Diploma or University graduate in any subject, information systems, digital commerce or digital marketing will be an advantage;
• Dynamic, ,response fast and flexible, with creative mindset, passionate with can-do attitude, work as a team and proactively;
• Test & Learn Mentality: To be open enough to try new channels & learn from them;
• 2-4 years of experience in website or e-learning/digital learning development/LMS/ multi-media platform or related system;
• Have good skills on audio and video editing software or applications will be an advantage;
• Proficient in Google Suite application;

. Good command in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, able to read and write Simplified Chinese.
