As a Digital Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for controlling sales costs, developing new markets, and managing the customer relationship, in Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, China.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will take care of customer service as well as accomplishing sales targets for the position.

Your responsibilities

  • Understanding customer needs and able to develop channel partners and new account customers for digital business
  • Controlling sales costs, developing new markets, and managing customer relationship
  • Taking care of customer service as well as accomplishing sales targets for the position
  • Being responsible for potential key account management and market penetration
  • Accomplishing sales works on tendering/bidding, commercial negotiation, quotation, etc.
  • Estimating the margin of projects and assure projects profitability meet the company’s margin requirements
  • Setting up sales planning, yearly, and quarterly sales plans, and reviews
  • Being responsible for signing, hand-over, and tracing of sales contracts

Your background

  • 10 years of work experience on IT project sales in large software/technology companies
  • Well-versed skills in project pre-sales management, customer relationship, and commercial negotiation
  • Agile market insights, change management capability, innovative thinking, and sound sales management capability
  • Able to catch customer’s needs and pain points accurately and good at exploring customer’s potential needs
  • A bachelor’s degree or above
  • Must be professional and responsible for job duties, royal and persistent in working, able to keep confidential information
  • Good learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to accomplish work independently and/or collaborate with other colleagues
