職責要求
- oversee the development and execution of the digital strategy (incl. website, social network, digital product management, digital marketing & sales support)
- manage traffic and support sales growth action plan
- build up digital mindset to internal staff ,make working process more effectively, and create smooth communication methods between different teams
- ensure the development of innovative and effective tools, promotion and sales initiatives
- develop synergies both internal and external
- develop strategy on social networks & outside partners; come up with clear action plans and lead the team to respond to market changes& needs
- explore the developments of new product and new services to strengthen Hearst brands’ value in the market
任職資格
- Results oriented attitude
- Project management & communication skills incl. excellent English speaking and writing
- Online marketing knowledge & finding tools for monitoring SEO, SEM, GA/ FB /IG & algorism adoption
- Strong analytical attitude & interpersonal skills
- A strong leader and a flexible team player, who is mature, passionate, self-inspired, and motivated
