We are currently looking for a Digital & Data Analytical Supervisor to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for All media related data analysis for a leading Multi-national client.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Quickly understand our clients’ business status and media strategy, especially media strategy in digital media
- Proactively attend related trainings in the team and group, quickly catching up with current analytics skills for traditional media and digital media in the team
- Build up good communication and relationship with strategic planning teams

In six months:
- Be capable to run analytics model under guidance for measuring media performance of one brand
- Be familiar with ecommerce media buying rules on various ecommerce platforms, help clients track own ecommerce media performance properly
- Be familiar with digital tracking process and performance measurement, and can help to provide tracking code, solve tracking issue, and interpret performance results

In 12 months:
- Be capable to run analytics model independently for measuring media performance of one brand and present findings, learnings, and recommendations
- Be able to run ecommerce competitive analysis and provide insights to client
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
- Monitor ongoing digital campaigns to ensure tracking and data collection, able to solve digital media performance related problems
- Manage the collection and consolidation of all digital related data from various platforms
- Run Marketing Mix analytics with professional knowledge for client brands, delivering valuable learning and recommendations
- Run ecommerce competitive analysis, to deliver integrated ecommerce strategy

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years working experience, prefer experience in media/digital media analysis
- Solid understanding and insight of China FMCG market and China media market
- Strong sense of data, interest in analytics, and desire to learn new skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, SPSS, SQL, or other related skills preferred
- Good communication skills, and enjoy working with different teams
- Fluency in English in both speaking and writing
