Main Goals and Objectives:


Develop and implement a concept to support digital business in china together with our JV Partner

Define requirements for future digital services to meet Service Level agreements

Implement a Digital Business Support reporting concept

Responsibility for the overall Support process

Main Tasks:

1. Develop and implement a concept to support digital business in China together with our JV Partner

Describe requirements for digital business support
Alignment with JV partner
Develop a concept for Digital business support with regards to implementation speed, Answering times, ticketing System knowledge Database etc.
Define necessary service levels & interfaces with regards to connected services, data-driven business and services (UBI, Used Car Profiling, Predictive Maintenance, etc.)
Algin service level agreements with internal and external partners
Define 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support processes
Support the implementation of the first service into the Digital support
Steer and coordinate the support process once it’s implemented
Communicate new support topics and issues to all stakeholders

2. Define requirements for future digital services to meet Service Level agreements (for integration in DBS)

Define guardrails which have to be obeyed before a new service can be support by digital business Support
Supervise & Support the transition phase of new services into the digital business support

3.Implement a Digital Business Support reporting concept

Implement a digital business reporting concept including fully automated reporting
Identify long running issues & upcoming big issues & escalate to management

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor or Master in digital business, business administration or engineering


Personal skills:

Digital mind, good communication skills, hands on attitude, relevant network within Audi AG or audi Sales Division, flexibility & ability to work under pressure. Good presentation skills & project management skills China affinity, consulting and/or IT background can also be a helpful.


Working experience:

3-5 years of relevant working experience in digital portfolio, digital business and/or connected car or equivalent.


Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):



Fluent in English & Chinese, German is a bonus.
