Change the future with us… Using your expertise, you will be responsible for: Drives customers' decision making from remote either in conjunction with general sales channels or in direct contact with customers. Works with outside sellers or channels like e-commerce. 1. Maintain and grow assigned customers with a digital sales approach (Products, systems, services suitable for “low-touch” sales/self-service) 2. Guides the customer sales support process related to factory tours, product demonstrations or presentations, new product trainings, trade shows, field sales support and pricing 3. Works in cross functional teams in order to overcome silo thinking leveraging internal and/or external networks and ecosystems. 4. Works ideation based on opportunities of digitalization business in order to fully exploit the potential of digitalization business. 5. Collaborates in co-creation with Sales, Product Management and customers with focus on customer experience / journey and the development of sales channel approaches. 6. Maintains technical expertise on all new digitalization products, tools, and systems. 7. Thinks and acts in ecosystems. What you need to make real what matters.
