Our client is an expanding IT vendor in the Hong Kong. They have a development centre set up in Shenzhen with around 30 headcounts. To facilitate the communication between the clients and sales team, they are currently looking for a Development Manager to lead the Software Engineers in Shenzhen.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the GM in Hong Kong
• Lead the development team to write and review code for various tailor made solutions for clients;
• Provide guidelines and directions on applications & systems development;
• Key person to communicate with clients on technical issues;
• Communicate in between Hong Kong offices and Shenzhen development centre

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering or MIS;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, system integration, and system support;
• Hands-on experience in developing web-based, windows and mobile application;
• Solid experience in people management;
• Able to communicate in both Chinese & English
