Mission & Main Tasks:

Connectivity will play an important role in future Intelligent Connected Cars in China. This position ensures the definition and development of market-specific Connected Driving Functions together with relevant partners.

Job Duties:

• Specification of Connected Driving Functions based on market specific requirements and use cases
• Development of Connected Driving Functions
• Definition and realization of cloud based functions
• Implementation of functions and features in complex Systems and prototypes
• Verification of results and definition of optimization measures
• Cooperation with local partners and relevant entities of Volkswagen Group worldwide.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics or a comparable degree programea

Professional skills:

• At least 3 years work experience in automotive function development
• Profound knowledge on software development with C/C++/Python/Shell
• Experience with cloud based functions
• Work Experience in Automated Driving, Connectivity or Smart Device Development

- Professional knowledge in communication- and network technology
