Primary Function

?Responsible for the design of the projects such as boutique, counter and furniture;

?Responsible for site surey and measurement, and communicate with client and landlord to collect information such as: shop building structure, load-bearing walls, water, fire facilities, shop area size, etc.;

?Communicate with client for the design directly, can provide design ideas and solutions by sketches;

?According customer’s concept design, to work on detailed construction and decoration drawings and refinements, such as construction and decoration detail drawings, 3D view rendering, layout, elevation, circuit diagram, etc.

?Be responsible for the checking and acceptance of the decoration works and furniture in the field or factory to meet the design requirements and construction specifications;

?summarize the customer's comments, and collect photos, to work on completion report and improvement on the designs etc.

?Cooperate closely with the other members of the team, such as 2D designers, project manager, project filed supervisor, construction and decoration manager and others to the completion of the project.

Qualifications & Academic Preferences

?College degree or above, major in interior design, architecture, furniture design or related majors, 25-35 years of age

?With minimum 3 years or more working experience in the shop design and counter furniture design. Cosmetics shop and counter design is preferred.

?Proficiency in 3D Max, Sketchup, Auto CAD, Inventor and other related three-dimensional software, skilled use of AI, Photoshop and other related software and office software as well.

?Strong ability of hand sketch drawings;

?Fluent in English

?Have design ideas and creative ability, learning ability, love the design work

?Has a super professionalism and team spirit, good communication, strong expression ability, strong executive ability and working responsibility;

?Able to travel;
