Job Descriptions: 1.Gathering market information, research and develop the latest fashion trend and design technology. 2.Decide the annual and quarterly of product planning scheme, conduct the serial product design and development accordingly. 3.Independently to design and develop new products, including material, color, auxiliary material. 4.To develop design drawing, the sketch, confirm product specification, processes and technology； 5.Reviews and directs product design throughout each phase of the development process. 6.May perform other duties of a similar or related nature as assigned.

Qualifications: 1.College degree with specialization in design. Above 5 years of experience on backpack or handbag products. 2.Ability to take full responsibility for design projects. 3.Skilled at the sketch, graphic &design software, etc. 4.Creative, Positive and Good communication skills. 5.Skilled in written and oral communication in English. 6.Able to take travels
