Job Description

The Design Project Manager will be based in Shanghai.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
? Manage auto electric related projects
? Main interface to the customer
? Establish project schedule, financial parameters and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
? Weekly project report of project Status to Engineering Management
? Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
? Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
? Preparation and execution of technical presentation for both internal and external customer meetings.
? Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
? BS or above in Electrical Engineering, computer engineering or related degree
? 3+ EE hand-on Experience
? 8+ years of experience in technical project management or related experience (PMP desirable)
? 4+ years of experience managing complex software and system architecture projects or related experience
? Good Written /verbal communication and presentation skills to discuss issues/ solutions with internal global team and external customer
? Customer oriented mindset
? Good at Microsoft office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, etc .)
? Capable work independently

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
? Basic understanding of complex vehicle and automotive EE-Systems
? 3+ years’ experience in automotive industry
? Experience with Vehicle and system test and release procedures in automotive or related industry
? Familiar Fusa process and ASPICE Process
? Flexible , willing to travel
