We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Design Manager to join our in-house design team in the Jing An Kerry Centre after CNY. Your role will be to coordinate and supervise from the strategic and creative phase right up to the implementation for the Jing An Kerry Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Leading conversation with operation and marketing teams to align on design needs
• Writing creative brief within the constraints of costs and time for designers (inhouse and outsourced)
• Assigning design projects amongst designers and select outsourced design partners
• Reviewing design with stakeholders, gather feedbacks and ensure recommended changes
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Following-up on implementation in-mall with local team and suppliers (source suppliers and quotes for different collaterals if needed)
• Ensuring brand design consistency across all touch points

Requirements:

• Understand how to protect and develop our brand visual assets
• Able to think critically and have exceptional attention to detail
• Be a highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
• Able to work in a startup environment with remote supervision
• Able to work on several projects at a time with people from different areas of the business
• Have exceptional team working attitude with great presentation and communication skills
• Able to confidently articulate creative rationale and able to lead conversations with people from different region

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 5+ years of experience (or equivalence in freelance) in Graphic Design, Branding, Service Design, Space Design
• Good technical knowledge of Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop (Lightroom, After Effect and other Adobe softwares are a plus)
• English & mandarin proficiency required
