• Focus on hotel/ entertainment / nightlife based interior design and user experience
• Receive design direction from / report to Design Head (Colin)
• Oversee a design team of 3-6 pax (primarily interior design and secondarily graphic design)
• Test and Develop upstream design ideas into downstream solutions
• Systematically creating and updating a matrix / catalogue of design solutions
• Planning of efficient and ergonomic layouts
• Oversee and be responsible for Design Testing & Documentation in 2D CAD and 3D sketch up / 3D Max
• Overseeing and responsible for design presentations both to internal team and external "clients"
• Resourcefulness and familiarity with materials, suppliers and core construction techniques
• Liaise with project management team to ensure design is accurately conveyed during design documentation stage and executed on site during construction stage

• Bilingual (both written and spoken proficient English and strong Mandarin)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design concept, design, documentation and construction/site supervision, with extra emphasis on documentation & construction/site supervision phases.
• Additional Exposure to Graphic / UX / UI design is a bonus
• Able to travel frequently regionally
• Prior Experience managing small teams a must
• Clear communicator
• Rigorous and Detail orientated.
• Understanding and interest in nightlife and entertainment lifestyle a bonus.
