Responsibilities:

• DWTU controller design, include electronic components choice 、testing and verify
• Establish DWTU electronic part test specifications for new products include sensors、screen、PCB、valve and pump
• Work with supplier on the software development and familiar with data security compliance
• DWTU control PID initial and prototype set up
• Understand software testing standard and global compliance
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing operation
• Understand and monitor competitive product offerings and conduct competitive testing
• Be an active technical team member in the design review process
• Work with Lean Team to participate in Kaizen events and develop processes an procedures to increase efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Contribute to test methods and conduct characterization and engineering pre-verification testing
• Work with internal and external manufacturing partners to ensure producible designs (DFM/DFA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronic related
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering, produce design, testing, quality assurance or manufacturing processes with demonstrated product design engineering skills.
• Experience developing small household electrical products and product specification.
• Familiar with analog and digital electronic design, as well as design of SCM ( ARM or PIC platform) embedded C capability will be preferred
• Familiar with using Altium Designer to draw schematic & PCB layout and release the Gerber file and BOM to PCBA supplier.
• Familiar with lab instrumentation and data acquisition equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators).
• Familiar with electronic packaging.
• Experience developing for electronic controllers with network function will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical heating technology, power distribution and LCD panels, domestic & international electrical codes and standards a significant plus.
• Familiarity with project management and manufacturing scale-up preferred.
• Familiar with engineering design and use of design rules.
• Familiarity with power engineering, electromagnetics and transmission line theory desired
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Preference for experience in multinational companies and managing product development activities using cross functional teams and stage gate processes.
