Responsibilities:

1.Mechanical design, with focus on Gangway systems, in Catia V5.

2.To be the technical interface with customer engineering for gangway specification clarification.

3.Independent design for:

• Design and optimization of railway gangways to fit to local market and localization requirements; mainly using CATIA V5 3D CAD System
• Draft drawings and quotation drawings acc. to customer specifications
• Design of tooling and equipment
• BOMs & Documents

4.Liaise and cooperate with Hubner Kassel Engineering Dept. to

• ensure the design meets Hubner design standard
• information sharing

5.Clause-by-clause feedback to customer specifications

6.Handle technical customer requests and provide technical support to customers

7.To ensure production drawings, customer drawings, drawings to suppliers, bill of materials and process instructions correspond to the design and specification

8.Implement Engineering changes

9.Support trouble shooting of products in cases related to design

10.Active support in prototype building

11.Work with Purchasing department, suppliers and JV Partner for parts localization

12.Technical Support to QA Dept. (e.g. for releases)

13.Work with Supplier Development for localization projects

14.Establish Hubner Shanghai Design standards

15.Other tasks assigned by Engineering Director

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, with major in mechnical or Engineering;

2.2 years working experience and minimum 1years project management related experience, in railway related industry preferred;

3.Excellent English and Mandarin language and communication skills;

4.High team spirit and commitment, pro-active, systematic and target-oriented working style;

5.Open, honest, authentic and integer character;

6. Familar with Catia & MS office

7. willing to travel;
