Requirements
1.Foreign nationality (Italy or Germany preferred). 2. 20 years’ work experience, around 45 years old. 3. Work experience in large auto factories; experience of leading in several projects of successful car models. 4. Ability to control the latest design direction, give design suggestions and control the quality of the project. Responsibilities

1. Daily management and R&D work of the team.
2. Participate in the interior and exterior design of the vehicles, including conceptual ideas, renderings and instructing the modeling work of the clay modelers and digital designers. 3. Control the project plan, progress and quality. 4. Lead the design team in cooperation with the client to well complete the project. 5. Assign work to team members of different professions; Make determination on plans; Make assessment of team members’ ability. 6. Guide technical coordination and cooperation with relevant departments. 7. Build the team and develop team members’ professional ability and skills.
