We are a company holding construction and property management business. To cope with our rapid expansion, we are inviting high caliber personnel to fill the following position:

Responsibility

• Liaison and coordinate with client / architect / consultants on drawings and material submissions
• Monitor and coordinate site project work progress
• Liaise and coordinate with different teams for project follow up
• Monitor material ordering and logistics to meet project progress
• Liaison with government departments and utilities companies

 Requirement

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building Studies / Building Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years solid experience in site project coordination
• Independent, initiative, organized and strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
• Immediate available preferred
