产品为新型模块化建筑项目，要求有5年以上的建筑行业项目管理经验，模块化建筑行业优先考虑。Must have over 5-year experience of project management in construction industry, experience in modular architecture is strongly preferred.

工作内容：Job description:

• 全面负责建筑板块建筑生产的管理工作，协助、配合公司CEO的日常行政、生产和经营管理工作；

  Responsible for the management of modular architecture, assist and cooperate with CEO with the daily administration, manufacturing and operation;

• 协助CEO构建企业模块化建筑的设计、建造、加工一体化流程；

  Assist CEO to establish the integrated process of design, manufacturing and construction of modular architecture;

• 各种项目的生产经营管理，全面负责项目工程质量、进度和安全，对项目进度、工期、质量、成本费用支出进行有效控制，确保工程正常实施与如期交付；

  In charge of the project groups and the quality, progress and safety of all projects, control the schedule, quality, cost to ensure the completion and delivery of the project;

• 代表CEO与国外客户沟通，定期更新项目进展情况；

  Communicate with foreign clients proactively on behalf of CEO and update them on the status of the project;

• 按时向CEO汇报公司日常运作，项目进展情况及指标完成情况。

  Update CEO with daily operation, project progress and status;

• 负责协调工厂与设计部、财务部、行政部及其他部门的协作关系。

  Coordinate relations between the factory and the design department, financing department, admin department and other departments;

• 负责带领采购部评估材料供应商，审批采购计划，组织采购，控制采购过程，保证质量；Evaluate materials suppliers, approve procurement plan and arrange procurement, cost the whole purchasing progress to ensure the quality;

• 项目现场的监督与管理，对项目中出现的问题进行协调与配合解决，提高工人工作效率；Supervise and manage the project site, coordinate and resolve problems occurred during the process, improve the efficiency of workers;

• 负责公司经营管理过程中突发事件的处理和解决；

  Responsible for the handle and solving of emergencies;
  

  
  
  

  职位要求：Requirements:

• 本科及以上学历，建筑,土木或电气工程相关专业；Bachelor degree and above, construction, civil engineering, electrical engineering related majors;

• 有5年以上建筑行业大型项目管理经验，模块化建筑行业经验优先考虑，有外资建筑项目管理经验者佳；5-year experience of large construction projects, experience in modular construction preferred, experience of foreign construction projects will be a plus;

• 流利的英文表达能力，可作为工作语言；Fluent English, able to use English as work language;

• 成本控制意识强，有良好的现场组织、调度能力及其他相关管理能力；

  Strong sense of cost control, great ability of organizing and coordinating and managing the project site;

• 较强的沟通、表达能力及领导力；

  Strong ability of communication and expression and great leadership skills;
