Job Description
1. Provide daily admin management for FLD Head offices and SJ plant, including but not limited security, shutle bus, canteen, green, cleaning, office EHS.
2.Ensure the proper operations related to the supporting processes (transportation, reception, administration, hospitality etc.) of HQ and infrastructure such as canteen, office and training area, accommodation, training equipment but not limited to this
3.Develop the operation guidelines and procedures for all logistics support such as administration, reception, transportation and catering service for customers.
4.Ensure office and training logistics are running in a effective and cost-efficient way.
5.Actively assist with good communication systems within the business
6.Support to establish & develop SOP for national wide Admin management and conduct internal audit for improvement in office environment management.
7.Analyze related admin data to improve national wide admin management and provide constructive proposal to improve employer image by Admin side.
8.Assist the countrywide Admin projects and office environmental management.
9. Manage and develop team members
10. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
11. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
12. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
13. Other assignments from direct superior.

Bachelor degree and above
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):
6 years of administration management
Management Experience:
Language:
Excellent in English
Computer skills:
Good command of computer skills
Other Specialties:
Excellent communication & coordination capability. Good problem solving skills and capable to deal with emergency cases with open mind. Strong consciousness for cost controlling and time management. could work under pressure
Specific certificate:
knowledge of office EHS, such as fire protection
