Job Description
Main Objective:
- Provide secretarial and administration support to team members.
Main Responsibilities:
- Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointment, receive visitors, travel arrangements and accommodations, visa application, etc.
- Reimbursement/collect/check/transmit the expense report and documents filing.
- Create and consolidate PO & PR for department.
- Organize the Dept. Meeting/Teambuilding.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on basis by the team members.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Good English skill, reading/Writing is must, speaking is plus.
- At least 1 years working experience and preferably with experience in MNC.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PPT Good integrity self-discipline patient responsible well-organized and attention to detail.
