Main Objective:

  • Provide secretarial and administration support to team members.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements, appointment, receive visitors, travel arrangements and accommodations, visa application, etc.

  • Reimbursement/collect/check/transmit the expense report and documents filing.

  • Create and consolidate PO & PR for department.

  • Organize the Dept. Meeting/Teambuilding.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned on basis by the team members.

Qualification & Requirement:

  • Good English skill, reading/Writing is must, speaking is plus.

  • At least 1 years working experience and preferably with experience in MNC.

  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and PPT Good integrity self-discipline patient responsible well-organized and attention to detail.
