Department Coordinator - Product Development

Seeking a dynamic bilingual Department Coordinator to join our local product development team and bridge communication with our international counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local and the international product development teams.
• Facilitate clear and efficient communication across teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing product development projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Read and translate technical documents and communications in English and Mandarin as needed.
• Support the local team in understanding and implementing international standards and practices.

Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues.
• Experience studying or working abroad, or experience collaborating with international teams is preferred.
• Background in engineering, product development, product certification, or product quality is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
