Responsibilities
Support department head in daily administrative work, including: word-processing, updating the client database, filing, typing general correspondence and mailing marketing publications.
Prospect clients and closely follow up potential deals
Assist all team members in project specific analysis of supply and demand, competitor analysis, marketing research.
Confirm available spaces with landlord or sole agent regularly
Update building particulars and save the image, floor plan, and map of the buildings into the system
Update tenant information
To up-date database contacts and input related information onto the client contacts management system in the office.
To ensure that all documents produced by Knight Frank, whether internal or external, are in accordance with documented policies and are consistent with the message that the company is trying to convey about our mission and vision. To ensure that clients receive a consistent and professional image of the Company.
Check building availabilities and making particulars for brokers.
Receiving new stocks and summarizing it before sending over to brokers.
Making particulars of new stocks and present it during agency meeting on Tuesdays.
Assist in billing for brokers every month including of filling out the forms.
Fill out China Track List after billing.
Collect fee forecasts every month.
Working closely with team and be proactive.
Be punctuality during working-hours.
Person Specification
At least 2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in both Chinese and English communication skills
Good communication skill and interpersonal relationship
Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT with detailed and clear work plan
Responsible, initiative, mature, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
