The role of the Department Assistant is to support the Director in the day-to-day department management, in accordance with the policies and procedures.


  • Assist Director's daily administration needs, including agenda arrangement, expense reimbursement, flights and activity organization etc.
  • Provide logistical support for executive visits, including but not limited to agenda, visa, transportation, hotels and etc.
  • Arranging weekly/monthly management meetings and other regular review meetings, including but not limited to reporting material collecting and consolidation, meeting minutes recording and follow up on next steps.
  • Support on office equipment purchasing and maintenance.
  • Performs other administrative and statistical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, overseas experience preferred
  • Work experience: at least 1 year
  • International mind set
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent oral and written English
