(A) SPECIFIC (80%) 具体工作职责：

1. Provide dental care for the patients of Raffles Medical Group.

为莱佛士医疗集团的患者提供牙科护理。

2. Adhere to dentists’ practice and clinical protocols.

遵守牙医的执业和临床规范。

3. Participate in clinical development programs (e.g. shared care, clinical protocols, and new services).

参与临床开发项目(如共享护理、临床协议和新服务)

4. Participate in quality programs to improve care and service and assure the best outcome.

参与高质量的项目，以改善护理和服务。

5. Participate in the training and induction of new dentists assigned to the clinic.

参与新入职牙医的培训及入职培训。

6. Ensure cost-effectiveness in clinical practice and treatment of patients.

确保临床实践和患者治疗的成本效益。

7. Adhere to requirements in the contracts with corporate clients.

遵守公司客户合同中的要求。

8. Adhere to the clinic rosters with regard to clinical duties as instructed by the Management.

按照医务室管理人员的指示，严格遵守医务室的名册。

(B) GENERAL (20%) 总体工作职责：

1. Participate in various clinic operations and/ or medical staff committees.

参与各种临床操作和医务人员委员会。

2. Undertake any other responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department.

承担部门主管交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements 任职要求:

1. Registered dentist with a valid practicing license issued by home country Dental Council and/or the relevant People’s Republic of China Medical Council.

具备口腔医师资格证书与执业证书；

2. Master degree or above, at least 2 years clinical experience in stomatology; Or Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years clinical experience in stomatology; Working experience in 2A or above level hospitals or foreign-funded clinics is preferred. (Work experience requirements may be relaxed)

硕士以上学历，2年以上口腔科临床工作经验；或本科以上学历，5年以上口腔科临床工作经验；有二甲以上医院及外资诊所工作经验者优先；——工作经验的要求可适当放宽

3. A certain technical expertise in implantation or orthodontic, can do diagnosis and treatment program and treatment independently.

在种植或正畸等方面有一定的技术擅长，可根据患者情况独立出具诊疗方案及治疗；

4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in oral English for communication.

英语听、说、读、写流利，可熟练使用口腔专业英语进行交流；

5. Affinity, good sense of service, good communication skills, works dedication, strong sense of responsibility.
