Responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinate demand planning process on system reports collection, ensure all information be ready by deadline with preliminary check;

2. Assist demand planning team in meeting preparing during S&OP cycle, ensure meeting material, reports and dashboards are completed on time.

3. Maintain the DP system software as the primary forecasting system tools, incl. master data maintenance, forecast uploading.

4. Assist S&OP demand processes and procedure. Analyze sales forecast base on history, seasonality and trend.

5. With capacity in communication and negotiation with Sales and Marketing to validate sales forecast and improve accuracy. Be responsible for the regular contact with commercial and marketing team for general information updating.

6. Willing to accept new things, join and lead continuous improvement plan of workflow and efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in economics or industrial engineering with emphasis on logistics and/or relevant internships, Exposure to Global Supply Chains & Demand– Operations preferred.

2. 2+ years in Operations / Supply chain, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods industry

3. Strong collaboration and coordination capability.

4. Fluent English both in written and oral communications.

5. Enjoys working with IT tools, mainly MS Office software, ERP-user experience is of benefit.

6. Demand /Inventory Planning experience will be a plus.

7. Strong customer orientation, process and result orientation.

8. Ability to work in teams, Result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks.
