Responsibility:

• Leads the Field Delivery teams based on campus and remote customer sites with the assistance of the Service Delivery Manager ensures that individual team members are utilized within the engagements.
• Assigns and allocates tasks to individuals team members.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to staff Assists in escalation management of issues raised in the field Monitors and controls team performance against service levels and KPIs Assists the service delivery manager in developing reporting and metrics for the team.
• Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors.
• Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations.
• Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary. Leads the senior relationship with select group of suppliers.
• Supports service level improvement and management of field service teams and suppliers.
• Resolves escalations to maintain strong client experience levels.
• May have trade compliance responsibility for multiple countries.
• Executes the operations plan.
• Understand their own area and are able to perform all facets of their role.
• Overseas the delivery of key services within the customer engagement Establishes and drives operational processes to ensure compliance.
• Ensures successful delivery of work focusing on customer experiences and utilization.
• Experience leading a diverse team within customer environments Experience working remotely on customer sites.

Requirement:

• Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience.
• Includes 3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership of personnel and of business objectives.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Some travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
