Deli Shop Manager / Assistant Manager (F&B)

• Famous Italian F&B group with several outlets in Hong Kong
• Assisting the management function of the deli shop
• Strengthen and expand the group position and the brand in the market
• Maximum of 6 rest days per calendar month with 12 Annual Leave

Company Description

To maintain our company business growths and operation smooth, we are looking for an experienced F&B deli Shop Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operation Manager to oversee daily operations, including roster, manpower scheduling, duties to subordinates, repair & maintenance works
• Ensure high quantity service in-shop and reach the existing standard
• Handle customer enquiries and provide good solution for problems-solving
• Assist in developing and conducting on-the-job training
• Keep a detailed eye on budget, cost control as per existing policies and procedures
• Interact with customer to build a long-term relationship

Requirement

• Well Experience in Western Food & Beverage is an advantage
• 3 years or above relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of shop experience
• Good communication, interpersonal, leadership & management skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and know Mandarin is an advantage
• Customer Service Oriented
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
