Job Description
Position Description:
Data Steward Temp - Internal Contract for 6 months.
DS role is to handle the data management process of our end customers/business
partners data.
It requires customer setup and further maintenance in various systems like
MDM, MS Dynamics - D365, SAP CRM.
Responsibility for corrections and accuracy of processed data, including
regular maintenance of customers/reseller and part matching and performing
weekly data quality checks on reports.
Certain level of analytical thinking and data management is a requirement.
• Maintain best of breed Customer/Business Partner (BP) data, updates made on
time and on requested quality level
• Quality checks in both system, to make sure data are 100% accurate.
• Enhance data quality using customer, reseller and part matching tools.
• Effectively resolve Tickets and communicate the results to the requester.
• Assist in providing cover for other team members, when they are absent from
the office.
• Identify opportunities to streamline & improve process.
Organization
You will report to EMEA Data Stewards Manager. You will participate in weekly
collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
• High school diploma or University education (can be a graduate)
• Previous experience in a Customer facing environment would be advantageous.
• Ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office) - Excel
advanced
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• The successful applicant must be a Team player, show enthusiasm to change
and adapt accordingly. English is a requirement.
• Able to work on his/her own initiative to strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive & dedicated team player, ability to work in small team and a wider
global team to meet customer requirements.
• Organised and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues.

• Highly motivated individual
• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures etc.

Base gross monthly salary 1000 EUR + variable part
