SUMMARY

This individual will be responsible for supporting the team to ensure high accuracy and delivery of high-quality results in our daily operations. Our ideal data entry specialist is detail-oriented, able to work independently and comfortable working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Data entry pertaining to relevant needs of the business
• Proficient leveraging of Microsoft Suite (such as Microsoft Excel) and of internal systems and tools to effectively enter and update data
• Ability to remain flexible and willing to change strategies as business needs dictate

• Being a self-starter and effectively prioritizing the workload on an ongoing basis
• Consistently meeting production and quality goals
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandarin and English fluency, written and verbal required
