Requirements:

1. Diploma Degree in International Business or Logistics or IT is preferable, but not a must;

Job Description:

1. Input and update data into company’s applications/systems according to SOP.

根据公司相关的标准操作程序输入及更新公司应用程序/系统之数据。

2. Maintain data accuracy, integrity and punctuality.

维持数据的准确性、完整性及准时性。

3. Participate in projects to improve performance and efficiency.

参与项目以提高团队效率和表现。

4. Get clear and accurate information from commercial departments and external parties.

从商业部门及其他相关的Casino采购办事处获取清晰、准确的信息。

5. Provide support to commercial departments.

为商业部门提供支持。

6. Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.

和各部门的有效沟通来确保过程顺利。

7. Prepare or update reports on a daily, monthly or yearly period.

8. Suggest innovative ideas to improve our internal process.

9. Analyze and take decisions from emails and SOP for input correction.
