Data Center Technical Support Technician

Job Description
Amazon is seeking a DCT to support the Data Center Infrastructure Operations. Ideal candidates will be a self-motivated, possess strong communications skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and phenomenal attention to detail.

This is a global opportunity where the candidate will have to work with teams in Seattle, UK, India and China. And as a Data Center Technical Support Technician, you are a primary resolver for your support team, and are skilled at troubleshooting one or more operating systems. You are able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues.

Key job responsibilities

Primary Job function included but not limited to the following:

· Support all aspect of a mission critical spare parts pool for server and network equipment
· Provide technical support in effective troubleshooting and repairing servers and networks
· Support various hardware troubleshooting and replacement
· Support Server and networking equipment installation and removal
· Support RMA and repair process for all devices
· Support technicians in daily works and activities as directed escalation
· Directed project work
. This role might involve covering 24x7 shift rotation
