Responsibilities:

• Optimize, aggregate and streamline all data sources from internal systems (Business Operations, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Provide regular data statistics and create business report for our management team
• Provide intelligence and insights to dig out the potential opportunities by acting as a data consultant
• Develop and monitor key KPIs in system for each practice
• Integrate across the group in order to maximize the opportunities of data and analytics outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, equivalent in a technical discipline: maths, statistics, economics, econometrics, physics, computer science, engineering.
• 1-2 years data analysis experience required, with a concentration in consulting related fields preferred
• Technical skills in data extraction, analysis, and visualization, e.g. Excel, SQL, Python/R and etc.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of reading and written English
